Tom Ford Black Orchid Has Poor Longevity and Projection

I purchased a Tom Ford Black Orchid fragrance from the Rüya 48 Rossmann store in central Muğla on Sunday, August 9. Since the purchase was registered under my phone number, I did not receive a separate receipt or invoice. When I started using the fragrance, I immediately noticed that it did not have the projection or longevity I had come to expect from this fragrance, which I had used before.

Normally, Tom Ford Black Orchid is known for its strong longevity and noticeable projection. However, the fragrance I purchased completely disappears from my skin within a very short period of time, and even when I reapply it during the day, its presence is barely noticeable. Because of this significant difference from my previous experience with the same fragrance, I have serious concerns about whether the product is authentic.

I request that the product be thoroughly examined to determine its authenticity. If the product is found not to be authentic, I request that it be accepted for return. If possible, I would prefer to have it replaced with an authentic product or receive a full refund.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated promptly and that I be provided with a clear response and satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
