On August 17, 2025, I purchased a 100 ml Tom Ford Extreme perfume from the Boyner store at Şanlıurfa Piazza Mall. The total cost was ₺7,500, paid by credit card after a ₺500 discount.
Today, I applied the perfume generously—eight sprays in total—and was extremely disappointed by the results. The fragrance had almost no longevity or projection. Each time I use it, the scent disappears completely within just 2–3 hours, which is unacceptable for a luxury perfume at this price point. In fact, even cheaper alternatives and dupes last much longer.
I still have the invoice/receipt, and I am formally requesting that my complaint be taken seriously. For the amount I paid, I expected premium quality and performance, not a product that fades so quickly.
I demand that my grievance be resolved, either through a proper replacement or another fair solution from Boyner.
