On November 13, 2023, I purchased a Montblanc Explorer perfume from Boyner Hilltown. When I got home that evening and opened the box, I noticed that the outer plastic seal had already been opened. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but when I tried to use the perfume, nothing came out.
At first, I assumed the spray mechanism was faulty, but upon closer inspection, I realized that the bottle was completely empty. The next day, November 14, I returned to the store to explain the situation, but the perfume department refused to exchange it, treating me as if I had used the entire bottle overnight and was lying.
I even suggested that a tester bottle might have been mistakenly packaged, but they completely dismissed my concerns. No one should have to throw away ₺2800 like this!
Boyner, I expect a proper resolution from your central customer service. If my issue is not resolved, I will escalate this matter through every possible channel to get the refund or exchange I deserve!
