Toluna didn’t credit my survey points after hours of surveys, how can I fix this?

If Toluna didn’t credit your survey points after you completed surveys and you want to fix it;

Check your survey history first;

• Log in to your Toluna account → Activity / Survey History
• Find the survey(s) you completed and check the status (Completed, Pending, Rejected)
• Note the date, time, and promised points for each survey
• Capture screenshots showing the surveys and expected points

Confirm the survey completion;

• Make sure you fully completed the survey (no exit screens or early termination)
• Check if the survey page showed a completion code — sometimes points need it
• Review your email (including spam) for a completion confirmation email

Contact Toluna Support with clear details;

• Go to the Toluna Help Center / Contact Us
• State that you completed surveys but didn’t receive points
• Provide:
– Your account email & username
– Survey titles, dates, and promised points
– Screenshots of survey history and completion screens

Ask them to;

• Confirm whether the surveys were successfully submitted
• Explain why points weren’t credited
• Credit the missing points manually

If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
