Toluna Delayed Reward Delivery With No Clear Explanation

For a long time, I have been completing surveys on Toluna and accumulating points. At different times, I redeemed those points for various IKEA and Carrefour gift cards. I have been waiting for approximately two months for these gift cards to be delivered, but they still have not been sent to me.

During this time, I contacted Toluna multiple times through both the app and email. Each time, I received generic, dismissive responses with no clear explanation, and I continue to see in the system that my gift cards have not been issued. No specific delivery date has been provided, and no concrete solution has been offered.

I request that the IKEA and Carrefour gift cards I rightfully earned through my time and effort be delivered to me as soon as possible. I also ask that my hardship be addressed and that I be given a clear and transparent explanation regarding the reason for these delays.
