Toki Device Ban - 'The Current Device Has Been Banned' Error

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Toki dating app. On or around 7 March, when I tried to log in, the app displayed a message stating that “the current device has been banned,” without giving any explanation or reason for this action. I have not received any warning or notification about a violation, and I was simply blocked from accessing my account on this device. I do not know why my device was banned and I have not been given any option in the app to appeal or resolve this situation. Until this ban, I was using the app normally. I request that my device ban be urgently removed and that I be allowed to access my account again. If there is any specific reason or allegation behind this ban, I also kindly ask that it be shared with me clearly so that I can understand and, if necessary, clarify the situation.
