Timo Club Blocks Login on Redmi Pad SE

I can log into the Timo Club app on my phone without any issues, but I cannot access my account from my Redmi Pad SE tablet using the same email address (b********@gmail.com) and my ID number (165133407600. The app shows a security warning saying, “Log in from a real device,” and blocks me from accessing my account.

I have been trying different methods for the past 7–8 hours, but I still cannot log into my Timo Club account from my tablet. This is my first time attempting to log in from this device, yet the app keeps blocking me for security reasons.

I kindly request that Timo Club review and fix this issue so I can log into my account from my Redmi Pad SE tablet without any problems, and that the security-related access restriction be resolved as soon as possible.
