Timo Club App Banned My Device for 10 Years Without Evidence or Notice
In the Timo Club app, I was suddenly removed from the platform at midnight without any notice, and my device was banned. Shockingly, the ban lasts until the year 2035 — a full 10 years! I’ve never seen such an unreasonable policy in any other app. I demand that this device ban be lifted immediately.
People are exploiting the system by filing false reports, which leads to unfair device bans. As someone who serves as an admin, I believe no one should be banned without prior warning, clear evidence, or a proper investigation.
Please remove the device ban as soon as possible and ensure such unjust actions are not repeated in the future.
