Toki Account Blocked Suddenly, Request to Remove the Ban
My Toki account with user ID 131041*** was suddenly banned on 6 September 2026. I did not receive a clear explanation and I cannot log in or contact anyone through the app because of this ban. I am a girl and I believe someone may have complained about me with false information, which is why my account was blocked. If I made any mistake, I sincerely apologise for it with folded hands and I never had any bad intentions; I always wanted to use the app properly. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and the ban on my ID be removed so that I can use Toki again. I am requesting you to please open my ID and give me one more chance. If there is any rule I broke, please inform me clearly so that I do not repeat it in the future.
