Review Of Umingle Ban

I am a user of the Umingle mobile app, and on 27 June 2026 my account (ID: 2743a***) was suddenly banned due to an alleged gender issue, without any clear explanation. I was able to use my account normally before this date and did not receive any detailed justification in the app or by email about what was supposedly wrong. This situation is very upsetting because I do not understand the reason for the ban and believe it may be a mistake or a misunderstanding. I would like my account to be checked carefully and the specific reason for this “alleged gender issue” to be clarified based on your own rules and policies. I kindly request that my Umingle account be restored immediately so that I can continue to use the service, or that I am given a clear and detailed explanation if there is any concrete reason based on your terms of use.
