I Lost ₺3500 Using TokenPocket GrokGPT Robot and Still Can’t Withdraw My Funds
I’ve been using the GrokGPT robot on the TokenPocket platform, and it has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. Initially, I invested ₺3500 in a robot, but they suddenly froze my funds claiming there was “insufficient computing power.” I was told I had two options: either deposit 30% of my balance or let them hold my funds hostage for an entire year. That alone felt like extortion.
Trying to recover my investment, I waited for computing power to be restored and deposited another ₺1000 to resume activity. But when I tried to withdraw my funds, I was hit with an error message and have been blocked from accessing my money ever since.
Customer support is completely unresponsive. No matter how many times I reach out, there is no reply and no real representative to help. This situation is unacceptable—I have followed every instruction, invested even more, and I still can’t get my money out. TokenPocket needs to fix this immediately, release my funds, and stop ignoring users who are facing serious financial losses due to their shady and unprofessional practices.
