I purchased a robot through TokenPocket for ₺2500 with the expectation that it would generate profit over time. The robot did indeed accumulate returns over the course of three months, but when the service period ended and I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was met with an “account abnormal” error. I immediately contacted customer service, and their explanation was shocking.
They told me I had to “manually renew” the system by depositing an additional ₺3000 to obtain a so-called “Hash value recovery standard.” Basically, I need to put in more money just to access the money I already earned. That makes no sense. If I had ₺3000 to spare, I wouldn’t have invested in this risky scheme in the first place.
Even worse, based on other users’ complaints, people who did pay the ₺3000 were still unable to withdraw their funds, and many never received a response afterward. This seems like a never-ending trap to extract more money from users. I demand TokenPocket resolve this now. Stop hiding behind scripted messages and start giving people access to their own money. This platform is quickly losing all credibility.
