TokenPocket freezes my balance after update — how can I make my funds visible again?

First, make sure you're on the right network for that asset (for example, ETH vs. BSC).

Then, use the network selector in the upper left corner to move chains. Balances will only show up on the right chain.

Here's how to fix a cross-chain mistake made by TokenPocket if you sent to the wrong chain.

Open up the wallet's information and click "Wallet Sync." Then go back to the asset view to force a new sync. After updates, this refresh often brings back "missing" ratios.

If you still can't see a token, you can add it by its contract address by pressing "+ Add Token." TokenPocket warns that imported wallets may need hand token adds to show assets.

To rebuild local info, close the app and open TokenPocket again. The TokenPocket documentation includes a cache-clear path that fixes balance shows that are out of date.
