I Deposited on TokenPocket but I Can’t Withdraw and Support Doesn’t Respond

I deposited ₺1000 into my TokenPocket account expecting to be able to withdraw it when needed, but I’m now stuck in a nightmare. As soon as I attempted to withdraw my funds, I received a message saying that my account was flagged as “abnormal” and that I needed to contact customer service. I did exactly that—multiple times—but received no real help or response.

It’s beyond frustrating to be told to reach out for support only to be completely ignored. This is not how a reliable financial platform should operate. I now feel cheated and helpless, unable to access my own money. No one should have to go through this.

I strongly urge others not to invest or deposit any funds on TokenPocket. Once your money is in, they make it nearly impossible to get it back. I demand that TokenPocket allow me to withdraw my funds and stop ignoring legitimate customer concerns. This needs to be addressed immediately.
