I Lost ₺3000 on TokenPocket GrokGPT Robot and Still Can’t Withdraw My Funds

I’ve been using the GrokGPT robot on TokenPocket, and what started as a promising investment has turned into a nightmare. I initially purchased the robot for ₺3000. Later, I was notified that my account had insufficient computing power, and as a result, they seized my entire balance. They gave me two impossible options: either deposit 30% of my balance or wait an entire year for my funds to be unfrozen for computing power usage.
I eventually restored the system’s computing power and deposited an additional ₺2000, hoping that this would allow me to withdraw my funds. But when I tried to withdraw, the system gave an error. I contacted customer service multiple times, but no one responded. There’s no one to speak to—no real help or accountability.
This is unacceptable. I’ve already lost ₺3000, and now I’m stuck with no access to my money despite following their so-called requirements. TokenPocket needs to address this immediately, provide actual support, and release my funds without demanding more payments. Users deserve transparency and fair treatment—not silence and endless demands.
