On October 25, 2025, at 8:00 PM, I tried to watch the Trabzonspor vs. Eyüpspor Super League match using my Tod Super League Package (member no: 30303525). When I opened the match on the Tod app through my Beko Android TV, I received a “you are not authorized” error, even though I could watch the same match on my phone without any issue. The same error appeared for other Super League matches on my TV as well. I logged out and back in, updated the app, and restarted the TV, but the problem persisted. I called customer service but couldn’t reach a representative. My subscription is active, and my payment was successful, as I can watch matches on my phone and access movies and series on the TV app. I request an urgent resolution so I can also watch Super League matches on my television.
