TOD TV Charged Two Cards for One Account - Did Not Refund My Money
I have called and filed complaints multiple times, but no solution has been provided, and I can’t even find someone to speak to directly. My TOD TV account is being charged from two different cards, and no refund is being issued. Despite my repeated calls and complaints, the issue remains unresolved. I don’t even know who to contact. When I call the only number available online (0212 473 73 73), an automated message plays and then the call ends. Charging the same account from two different cards is unfair, and there has been no explanation or resolution. I even filed a complaint with Presidential Communication Center, but I still haven’t received any response. Customer service only records complaints but never follows up. It’s unacceptable for such a large platform to mistreat its users like this. I urgently demand a refund of the excess charges and that my membership be updated to function through only one card.
