Unable to Access Tod TV on TV App, No Support from Customer Service
I pay extra to watch Tod TV legally on my television, yet I cannot access the service through the TV app. Even worse, there’s no way to reach a customer service representative for assistance. Calling their suggested number, 0 (212) 473 73 73, is pointless since it doesn’t connect you to an actual representative.
Adding to the frustration, I can’t watch from my phone either, making the service entirely unusable. I expect Tod TV to address this issue immediately and provide a reliable way to contact customer support. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service that doesn’t work and offer no proper assistance to resolve these problems. Please fix this as soon as possible.
