I Can’t Cancel My TOD Spor Extra Subscription and No One Helps Me

I’ve been trying to cancel my TOD Spor Extra package and it’s been an absolute nightmare. I called every contact number available, but none of the departments are helping. In fact, some even hang up the phone on me! I was directed to call 0212 473 73 73, but that number only connects to an automated voicemail system. The recording says I can cancel my package through the mobile app under ‘My Packages’, but there is no such option anywhere in the app.

It feels like the system is intentionally designed to make cancellation impossible while continuing to charge users unfairly. It’s so easy to subscribe, but when you want to leave, they trap you in a loop with no exit. I’m frustrated, and this is nothing short of a money-grabbing tactic.

I demand that my package be canceled immediately and that TOD revises this process so others don’t go through the same ordeal. If this isn't resolved, I’ll be escalating the issue to consumer protection authorities.
