Tod Tv Charged Me for 12 Months Even Though I Will Only Use the Service for 11 Months
I just recently chose to renew my Tod Tv membership, which I did today. But I was charged for a full 12-month contract even though I only planned to use the service for 11 months. I was caught off guard by this difference, and I'm now asking that it be fixed right away. The extra fee should be taken away because it's unfair to charge me for a month I won't use. Besides the correction, I'd also like to know in depth how this will be dealt with from now on. Since I've been a loyal customer, this experience has really let me down, and I hope that this is fixed quickly. Thanks.
