TOD Tv Charged Full Amount Instead of Installments
I am experiencing an issue with my Tod TV subscription. Despite selecting the 12-month installment option when purchasing my membership, I was charged the full amount in a single payment.
I have been unable to connect with customer service, and my credit card statement shows that the charge was processed as a single payment instead of the installment plan I chose. This situation is very frustrating, and I feel misled by the subscription process.
