Turkcell Charged Me Higher Rate for Last Month Despite 12 Month Commitment

I enrolled in a 12-month commitment package with Turkcell. I made the switch to Vodafone just a few days before the term ended. To my astonishment, they charged me for the 12th month at the elevated, non-discounted rate, as if my contract had already lapsed. It's confusing that they require a 12-month commitment but don't uphold the agreed terms until the final day. It seems unfair to impose a different rate when the commitment period is still ongoing. This type of behavior really raises doubts about the company's commitment to its customers. It’s disappointing to witness such a deficiency in openness regarding an issue that could have been managed straightforwardly and justly.
