It's been very upsetting not being able to watch Turkish Super League matches on the TOD app through my Smart TV for weeks. The screen is constantly frozen and filled with static. Contacting customer service is an very bad experience. If the issue remains unresolved by tomorrow's Fenerbahçe-Galatasaray match, I'll be seeking alternatives. The statement provided is from a previous year, and it appears that the issue has not been resolved by your employees. I'm unable to access the TOD app on my 2017 Samsung TV, which means I won't be able to watch the match on this channel either. Currently, while watching the Fenerbahçe-Rize Spor match on 25.08.2024, I encountered a 404 error with your broadcast link. As a result, I had no choice but to resort to watching the match through unauthorized means. It would be best if you closed down your ineffective customer service line.
