Difficulty Cancelling Tod TV Subscription - No Option Available

When I wanted to cancel my Tod TV subscription, I found that there was no cancellation option available in the packages section, despite being directed to do so through all of Tod's channels (even though we purchased a monthly package, not an annual one).
I cannot connect with a customer representative, and many other users are experiencing the same issue.
If I am not contacted by a customer representative soon to process my cancellation request in one go, I want you to know that I will pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Board and all other relevant authorities.
