While my annual subscription under the Tod TV Sports Package was still active, a promotional monthly package was added to my account. After this addition, my annual plan disappeared and has been inaccessible for about a week now. My membership number is 9823185.
I paid for my annual package by credit card, and the payment appears in monthly installments of ₺279 on my card. I contacted customer service in writing to resolve the issue, but no solution was provided, and it’s impossible to reach them by phone.
