Toca Life World Crashes Every Time I Try to Enter a House

Yesterday evening, I downloaded Toca Boca's Toca Life World game from Playmods onto my Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus device. Specifically, whenever I try to enter a house — as soon as the house entry screen appears — the game suddenly closes and keeps kicking me out. This problem has persisted since the moment I first installed the game, and because of it, I haven't been able to play the game properly at all.
I downloaded the app for free and haven't made any in-app purchases or subscriptions. Despite this, I can't even access the in-game areas, which is a core function of the game. I want the game to run on my device continuously and without issues.
For this reason, I am requesting that the necessary technical review of the version of Toca Life World offered through Playmods be carried out urgently, that the compatibility issue with my device be resolved, and that the game be made playable without freezing or crashing.
