TNT Express Bag and Envelope Supply Issue

Our company has been a dedicated customer of TNT for many years, relying on them to handle the majority of our micro-export shipments. However, even though we are located near their facilities, we have been facing difficulties in acquiring a few TNT envelopes for nearly two weeks now. Every time I reach out to customer service, they promise to escalate the issue to operations, but there has been no progress at all. If this is an effort to alienate customers, they're certainly achieving remarkable success.
