Credit Card Delivery Delays and Lack of Communication

I have been waiting for a credit card delivery for one month. It’s impossible to get in contact with the company or the local offices. I’ve tried calling and emailing several times, but no one responds or provides any updates. My bank has sent multiple notices regarding the issue, but nothing has changed. Even though the tracking system shows it’s nearby, there is no attempt to deliver it. It’s quite frustrating that I still can’t receive an envelope that’s currently in my own neighborhood.

No one called today. I need to receive the card tomorrow so that I am not inconvenienced. I would appreciate it if you could speed up the process. The delivery address is set as the bank branch. If necessary, I can receive it by hand at any location.

Of course, as I expected, Kuryenet let me down. After my card arrived at the Söğütözü branch, no one called me. I have been waiting for a month. Apparently, a friend at my workplace has been waiting for 1.5 months. I understood even better that I am not alone when I looked at Şikayetvar. While I can receive most cargo within 2-3 days, I cannot understand how Kuryenet makes money from the so-called 'service' it provides. Corporate companies need to end their relationship with Kuryenet as soon as possible and choose companies that deserve the money they receive and do not victimize their customers.
