My spouse and I applied for a visa to go to the UK, but we ended up canceling because our plans changed. We had already paid the fees for it. The website said they would give a refund before taking my biometrics, but after I canceled, I haven't gotten any confirmation or refund yet. We don't communicate at all. I need you to email me the result and refund my money right away. I want my money back because I have to pay for a new appointment, and I want my initial payment returned quickly.
