VFS Global Not Refunding My Visa Fee After Cancellation

On May 14, 2025, I applied for a UK visitor visa through VFS Global in İzmir Konak and paid $174 USD using my Akbank card. Because an incorrect date was entered during the application, I canceled it the same day and later submitted a new application on September 18, 2025.

After canceling the first application, I emailed ulvi.visa and p*************************@homeoffice.gov** multiple times requesting a refund. However, I have not received any response, and my payment has still not been refunded.
My application reference number is 3A00051668252.

Although VFS Global and the relevant authorities state that refunds are issued when an application is canceled, my refund has not been processed. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the fee I paid be refunded to me.
