Around 02:30 AM, I faced a serious issue on Tipobet’s website in the casino section while attempting a withdrawal. During my ₺690 withdrawal request, my account balance suddenly reset to zero, and the money was never transferred to my bank account. My account username is Minesu.
I immediately contacted Tipobet’s live support. One customer service agent told me I could withdraw the funds, while another claimed the transaction was not in compliance with the rules. However, I was given no clear explanation and my money was not refunded. My account did not have any bonus or other remaining balance—this was strictly my own money.
