I purchased a Tineco cordless handheld vacuum after hearing great reviews, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The vacuum only works when it’s constantly plugged in, making it completely useless as a cordless device.

I requested a return, but instead of helping me, they refused to even repair it. Now, I’m stuck with a vacuum I can’t even use, and my money has gone to waste. This is unacceptable!

I regret buying this product and will never purchase from this company again. I demand a refund or a proper repair. Tineco, take responsibility for your faulty product and fix this issue immediately!
