In February 2024, I bought the Tineco S3 from a real MediaMarkt store since I thought it would be a good product. Sadly, the item stopped working totally after only one year of light use. When I called Uniq Teknik Servis, I was shocked to find out that the serial number wasn't even in their system. I was disappointed and didn't know what to do next, especially considering I bought the vacuum from a trusted seller. Later, I learned that other people have had the same problems, and some of them even had the product fixed only to have the same problem come back. This has made things more stressful than they need to be. I thought the brand and the approved service would give me better support and a more reliable product.
