Timo App Charged Me for VIP Subscription I Never Wanted

Even though I have wanted to leave the Timo app for a long time and am completely dissatisfied with it, the app is still charging me a VIP subscription fee. I know that I accidentally subscribed, and for about three months now, I have been charged around $7 each month.

In addition, I find the content of the application extremely disturbing from an ethical standpoint.

I request that this unwanted subscription be canceled immediately and that all VIP subscription fees charged to me over the past three months be fully refunded.
