First, contact Timo Club's customer service. Send them proof of payment and pictures of your cancellation request.

Then, demand that they stop charging you and refund any money that was taken without permission.

If that doesn't work, call your bank or card issuer and ask them to cancel the withdrawal or put a "stop payment" order on Timo Club. This will stop any future payments.

You can also file an official dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, especially if the charges were made without your permission or kept going even after you cancelled.
