Timo Pay Charged My Debit Card Without Permission

I recently noticed that multiple unauthorized charges were made through Timo Pay without my knowledge or approval. Over the past three months, my TEB debit card was charged $0.05 several times, even though I never approved these transactions and did not start any membership or subscription. Because of these unauthorized charges, I was forced to cancel my card.
In addition, the video chat service that I used daily for about a week began to be repeatedly restricted by the system about ten days ago. My conversations were cut off in the middle, and I believe this was done to pressure users into adding more funds and making additional payments. Even though I was unable to fully use the service, these unauthorized charges and restrictions caused serious inconvenience and completely damaged my trust.
I strongly protest the practices of Timo Pay. I request that all unauthorized charges made without my knowledge or consent be investigated, that appropriate action be taken against those responsible, and that these restrictive and coercive practices be stopped immediately. I also request that the system causing users to be harmed in this way be shut down and that appropriate penalties be imposed on Timo.
