Timo App Keeps Charging After Subscription Cancellation Attempt

I would like to cancel my subscription and close my account on the Timo app. I use the service on my iPhone, and even though I followed all the necessary steps to end my subscription, I haven’t been successful. Moreover, subscription fees are still being charged from my account.
I contacted customer service, but I haven’t received any response, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that all fees charged during this period be refunded to me.
I kindly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
