Versace Shoes Hurt My Ankle But Refund Rejected

I tried on Versace shoes at the İzmir İstinye Boyner store and decided to buy a pair. They brought the shoes from the warehouse with the box, and I took them home. For about 10 days, the shoes stayed unused in their box in my closet. When I finally wore them, I realized the back part painfully rubbed against my ankle. Despite hoping they’d soften, I walked outside—and could barely manage 15 minutes. My ankle was badly injured and swollen.

I returned to the store requesting a refund or exchange, but Boyner refused. I was shocked that a prestigious brand like Versace wouldn’t address a defect causing serious injury. I suffered for 20 days with a swollen leg and damaged foot veins. I sent photos to the company, but got no help. After a second complaint, my request was rejected again.

I spent a lot of money on these shoes I can’t even wear for 15 minutes. I demand Boyner and Versace fix this issue immediately and compensate me for my injury and loss.
