TikTok Promotion Videos Not Approved

Even though I've been trying to get the word out about my videos, it's been 30 minutes and it seems like only I can see the video I shared. TikTok is efficient when it comes to processing my withdrawals, but I'm encountering some difficulties with getting my videos approved. I've uploaded the same video twice, and interestingly, one of them gets approved while the other one does not. In another instance, even though no rule violations occurred, my payment was withdrawn but unfortunately, the refund was not processed. The customer service provided by TikTok is extremely lacking, leaving me frustrated and unable to find any resolution for my issues.
