I’m extremely disappointed with TikTok’s promotion service. I paid to promote my content, but the promotion never actually ran. Every time I check the status, it just shows “Paying” on the screen—nothing moves forward. I’ve tried multiple times, and it’s the same issue every single time.
What’s worse is that I can’t get my money back, and no one responds to my complaints. There’s zero customer support. I’ve submitted multiple reports, but no one gets back to me, and the issue remains unresolved. I’m left feeling completely ignored and scammed.
