Unable to Withdraw ₺1000 from TikTok Wallet Due to Verification Issues

I submitted my identification documents to TikTok for verification, but they were not approved. Despite contacting TikTok support multiple times, I have not received any response or assistance. My account currently has ₺1000, but I am unable to withdraw or convert it to coins because of this unresolved verification issue.

This situation is extremely frustrating, and I expect TikTok to address this matter urgently. At the very least, I deserve a clear response explaining the delay and how to resolve the problem. I have waited long enough and need this issue resolved promptly so I can access my funds. TikTok, please take this seriously and provide a solution immediately!
