I Lost ₺45,000 After TikTok Payment Was Marked as Completed but Never Received
On July 14, I requested a payment of approximately ₺45,000 from my TikTok account earnings. During the withdrawal process, I mistakenly entered my local currency (₺) bank account instead of a USD account, which I later learned was required.
TikTok marked the transaction as "paid," but the funds never arrived in my bank account—nor do they appear in my TikTok balance anymore. It’s like the money vanished into thin air.
Since then, I’ve contacted TikTok support nearly 30 times, only to receive vague “we’re investigating” responses. Eventually, they told me, “sorry, we can’t help.” No one has offered a solution, a refund, or even a clear explanation.
This is a significant amount of money. I’m demanding a full investigation and that my funds be transferred correctly and immediately to my account.
