TikTok Forces Authenticator App Verification and Blocks Login
I was able to log into my TikTok account without any issues until December 1. After my device was reset, when I tried to log in again, the system started requiring verification through an authenticator app, and because of this, I can no longer access my account. Since I do not have the QR code, I cannot complete the verification and am unable to use my account.
My account is a personal user account. I still have access to the email address registered on the account, but there is no phone number linked. Despite this, the system continuously requires verification through the authenticator app and does not allow me to sign in, which has left me stuck and unable to access my account.
Even though I contacted the TikTok support team, my issue has not been resolved. I am requesting that my account be securely reopened, that the access issue caused by the authenticator app and QR code requirement be reviewed, and that my inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
