Kiwi.com Still Has Not Refunded My Canceled Bangkok Flight

On April 8, 2026, I purchased round-trip airline tickets through Kiwi.com for travel between Istanbul and Bangkok scheduled for April 13, 2026. My outbound flight was operated by Uzbekistan Airways, and my return flight was with Gulf Air. I paid a total of approximately $1,110 for the reservation.
I canceled my reservation through Kiwi.com’s standard cancellation process on April 9, 2026, before 24 hours had passed since the purchase. However, despite nearly one month passing since the cancellation, no refund has been returned to my credit card and I have not received any meaningful update or written information regarding the process.
I request that the approximately $1,110 I paid be refunded to the same credit card immediately without further delay. I also want to receive a clear written explanation regarding the current status of my refund process and why it has still not been completed.
