Ticket.com.tr are Big Scammers with Zero Professionalism
Ease run away from Tickets.com, they are big scammers. I had a horrible experience with them. I bought a flight ticket from Turkish Airlines through this agency. I was informed 2 days before the flight that my flight was canceled without providing any alternative flight which was their responsibility. They made me believe that the company didn't provide an alternative flight which was a lie cause Turkish Airlines provided free tickets to passengers whose flight got cancelled or delayed. I had to ask for a ticket refund and from there the suffering started. I called Turkish Airlines they said we have refunded in 7 days. I called this agency they said we didn't not receive anything and kept sending the same emails for 2 months. Then I had to contact the Skyscanner help center and after that, I could get my ticket refund. Such a horrible experience, I would never deal with this agency again. Scammers who have zero professionalism
