TheBestPDF Monthly Subscription Charged Despite Audio Transcription Not Working

I subscribed to the monthly plan of the service SA *thebestpdf on 25/07/2026 with the intention of using it mainly for audio transcription. However, I was never able to use the site properly for this purpose, as the service did not work as expected when I tried to make audio transcriptions. Even though I could not use the service, I was charged 2000 for the monthly plan in less than one month of use. For this reason, I am now requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the amount charged. I ask that the cancellation be carried out without any penalty and that the charged amount be returned as soon as possible, since the service was not usable for me during this period.
