The Best PDF Made an Unauthorized Charge After My Trial Purchase

I tried the The Best PDF application on my computer and paid only $1 for the trial. When I made this payment, I was never informed that it would turn into an automatically renewing subscription or that any additional charges would be applied later. I also never gave my consent to enroll in any recurring billing plan. The dollar amounts are based on the current USD/TRY exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

However, on May 9, 2026, while reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that $35 had been charged to my credit card on May 7, 2026, without my knowledge or authorization. I never activated a subscription, and I did not approve this charge. I do not accept being billed such a large amount for a service I never agreed to purchase.

I demand an immediate refund of the $35 that was charged to my credit card without my permission. I also request that my payment card information be permanently removed from your systems. In addition, I expect a clear written explanation describing the reason for this charge and the specific authorization that was supposedly used to process it.
