Photoshop Maker Charged Me ₺1,599 Without My Consent
On July 30, 2025, I used the Photoshop Maker app to resize a photo and convert it into biometric format. For this service, I made a one-time payment of ₺40.78. However, on August 6, 2025, without my approval or consent, the app charged an additional ₺1,599 directly from my bank card.
I never subscribed to any ongoing membership plan, nor did I receive any warning, notification, or confirmation message about such a charge. This unauthorized withdrawal is unacceptable and clearly unfair to consumers.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any hidden subscription and a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1,599 taken from my account. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through legal action and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
Photoshop Maker must stop these unauthorized charges and refund my money without delay.
