Paid Extra 33$ To Budget Rental By Booking.com
I rented a car from Budget in Las Vegas and returned it on 22 June. When I brought the car back about 2 hours later than the agreed return time, I was charged an additional $44 as a late return fee. I find this extra charge unfair considering the relatively short delay and I do not believe I was properly informed in advance that a 2‑hour delay would result in such a high additional cost. I am requesting a full refund of the $44 late return fee or that this amount be removed from my bill. I kindly ask Budget to review this reservation and the late return policy applied in my case and to process the refund of the $44, informing me in writing of the outcome.
