Rude Staff at The North Face Istanbul Akasya – Poor Customer Experience

Good day,
Today, January 19, 2025, between 12:30-13:00, my wife and son visited The North Face store in Istanbul/Akasya AVM to look for a coat. After browsing for 3-5 minutes, I approached a store clerk and mentioned that we were looking for a coat for my son.
The clerk asked which model we were looking for.
We mentioned we wanted a 2XL coat. He responded that they had very few in that size.
I asked which specific products were available in 2XL, and his response was, "I don't know which ones are 2XL. You’ll like it, and I’ll check."
I remarked that knowing the available products would help him sell them. I then left the store, with my wife following behind me. As she exited, she confronted the clerk about his rudeness. The man, who I can only describe as rude, told us, "Don't come into the store again."
When I said, "You can’t sell products this way," he replied with statements like, "Speak properly," and escalated the situation further. As we exited, we exchanged comments like, "Don't be rude," and he retorted with, "Will I learn manners from you?"
If this rude behavior reflects the culture of The North Face brand, it’s truly disappointing. For a company where so much effort and money is invested, employees like this are a shame.
I am filing a complaint about the rude blonde employee who was on duty during this time at The North Face Istanbul/Akasya AVM store. I request that appropriate action be taken.
Sincerely,
Ekrem Erkut

A survey about the brand arrived, but there was no feedback so that we could evaluate it.
